ingredients:
2 eggs
125gr. of ham
oil and salt
1-Put on the pan with a little oil.
2-Whisk the eggs and cut the ham very small.
3-Mix eggs and ham.
4-When the pan is very hot, pour the eggs and ham to skillet and let it simmer to solidify.
5-Serve it with bread and tomato.
